Series of 4 - 1hr Sessions
Maybe you are new to the mat, or would like to deepen your understanding of fundamental poses. This is a workshop series consisting of 4 sessions breaking down basic yoga poses and principles.
Slow Flow to Power Yoga
Traditional yoga or vinyasa flow classes offered at varying levels designed to be safe and challenging for all students. Classes offered from 45-90 minutes, private or group settings available.
Stillness with Meditation
Slow down and find a deep sense of calm with a combination of meditation, breath work, and restorative yoga. Designed to address the particular needs of students while offering a space to de-stress.
